1、The actual flow direction of the fluid is opposite to the direction indicated by the sensor |
Change direction of sensor installation |
2、Electrode signal to ground short circuit |
Damage or break of signal cable insulation |

3、No excitation current |
The excitation cable is broken or damaged |

4、The electrode is completely covered by insulation |
Clean the electrode and remove the covering |

The actual flow of the electromagnetic flow meter is stable and the indication value is unstable |
1、The measured fluid is not filled with a measuring tube |
Change the position and manner of sensor installation so that the fluid is filled with the measuring tube |
2、The fluid under test contains more bubbles or oil |
Remove bubbles or oils |

3、Sensor ground fault |

4、The electrode is heavily covered by insulation |

5、The power supply is unstable and the interference is large |
