1、 Usage


1. Connect all piping systems, tighten all screws, connect the air source (or water pressure pump), place the packer in the hole (or a closed steel pipe at one end) for pressure testing, check for leaks in the joint, and place it in the hole for later use.


2. Open the pressure reducing valve or water pressure pump of the gas cylinder and allow the packer to slowly expand. Note that the inflation pressure must be greater than 2/3 of the grouting pressure. Once the predetermined pressure is reached, grouting can be carried out.

3. At the beginning of grouting, when a large amount of grout is released from the grout return port, slowly pressurize it in stages to the predetermined grouting pressure, otherwise it is easy to form a large pressure difference. During grouting, the pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve of the gas cylinder should be checked regularly. If it decreases, it should be supplemented immediately.

4. When the grouting time is long, it is necessary to check for any phenomena such as grout leakage, blockage, or backflow. If so, the grouting should be stopped, the pressure should be released, and the inflatable packer should be loosened up and down to prevent the inflatable plug from being solidified and difficult to remove.

5. When grouting is completed, the grouting pressure must be released first, and then the inflation pressure must be released. Do not release the inflation pressure first to prevent the packer from shooting out and causing safety accidents.

6. After grouting is completed, simply place the packer into a closed steel pipe at one end and inflate it with about 0.5Mpa to perform cyclic flushing.

7. After removing the packer, connect the water pipes to the inlet pipe and the return pipe for flushing.

8. When grouting multiple holes together, all pipelines must be parallel and not tangled together to prevent accidents in one hole from affecting the safety of other holes.

9. After prolonged use, the lower end of the packer should be disassembled for cleaning and coated with butter.

10. When long cracks or fractures are found during drilling, there may be slurry channeling, plugging, or backflow. An additional air pipe should be placed at the upper end of the packer. If there is slurry channeling, plugging, or backflow, high-pressure air should be used to flush it out to prevent jamming.
