Dual liquid variable displacement grouting pump

The SYB60/5 dual liquid variable displacement grouting pump is a horizontal double acting reciprocating piston pump. The pump has two independent cylinders and two suction ports. The discharge port can perform dual liquid grouting operations, with a slurry ratio of 1:1. The grouting speed is controlled by the gearbox to four different speeds, corresponding to the corresponding slurry discharge capacity. This pump is mainly used for soft foundation reinforcement, tunnel pre grouting, water blocking, and consolidation grouting of fractured rocks.
The pump outputs grout at the same time when two cylinders are working. Through the mixer, accurate mixing proportion can be achieved, and the gel time of grout can be more easily controlled, so that the diffusion radius of grout can be effectively controlled, thus improving the quality of grouting engineering and reducing the cost of grouting engineering.
