Grouting and Mixing Integrated Machine

Scope of application of grouting pump (with stirring):

This machine can be widely used in anchoring and grouting projects such as highways, railway tunnels, urban

subways, and underground caverns of hydropower stations

It can be used for soil grouting engineering in dam, slope, and soft rock reinforcement, and is an ideal modern construction equipment for anchoring grouting, consolidation grouting, backfill grouting, curtain grouting, and other construction sites.

Characteristics of grouting pump (with stirring):

1. Easy operation and maintenance, high reliability, using imported electrical appliances.

2. Double mixing bucket mode improves work efficiency.

3. Wheeled design, easy to move.

4. The range of water cement ratio for grouting fluid is large, especially suitable for thick slurries with high

concentration design requirements.

5. The grout has a large ash to sand ratio and a wide range of sand particle sizes.

6. Continuous grouting is possible, avoiding excessive instantaneous pulsating pressure of the piston pump.

7. Passive boosting. After the slurry is filled, the pressure gradually increases, making it easier to control and

maintain the grouting pressure.

8. After the grouting pressure reaches the design pressure, it can be reversed for pressure relief.

9. Combined with an additive pump, dual liquid injection grouting can be achieved.

※ If there are special requirements, the grouting pressure can be customized according to the professional

design requirements of the user
