The locking joint
is made of 35CrMo or 42CrMo material. After rough machining, it is subject to
quenching and tempering heat treatment, and after finishing, the surface is
subject to phosphating and nitriding treatment, which effectively eliminates
the failure probability of gluing, breaking, outer diameter cracking, etc.,
making it more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble. All threads are
processed using precision CNC lathes and customized forming cutters, which can
ensure the tight distance between the drill pipe and joint threads, as well as
the consistent precision and interchangeability of the drill pipe and lock
joint fitting.
