Electroplated diamond drill bits


Electroplated diamond drill bits, also known as surface mounted diamond drill bits, are a special process formula that uses electroplating technology to fix and bond diamond sand at the contact point between the drill bit body and the rock. Many people have a misconception in this: they directly welded the diamond onto the drill bit, but in reality, it was only partially wrapped with diamond sand. In the process of friction with the rock, other components in the special formula are rubbed off, exposing diamond sand. Diamond sand can quickly grind the rock and play a role in rapid drilling.

According to the different rock layers, there may be heights, lows, and conventional specifications. The three specifications can adapt to matching rock layers, allowing for quick drilling and improving work efficiency.

According to the different hardness of rock layers, the matrix hardness is divided into heights of 30 ° -40 °, conventional depths of 15 ° -25 °, and low depths of 5 ° -15 °, which are suitable for different rock layers.

Main use:
