Consolidate Coal Hole Packer

In order to guarantee the safety of the mine construction and production, synthetic resins are applied into the coal seam or rock mass of aquifer, gas, roof crush, soft and fracture to achieve artificial closure aquifers and reinforcement fractured rock formations all over the world. And consolidation coal hole pack is used in this process. Consolidation coal hole packer is suitable for the coal seam or rock formation slip casting, water injection and the subsequent holes plugging. It can be used to transfer mixed resin, water, cement and other media. And it is composed of high pressure inflation hose which is made from high quality NR synthetic rubber, safety value, rapid-acting coupling and framework steel tube. And it can be used only once.

Consolidation coal hole packer is mainly used for the coal seam consolidation by applying synthetic resin to the coal seam. The interspace of coal seam will be smaller due to the injection of resin. As a result, the gas content is reduced. And the synthetic resin has excellent anti-seepage & plugging capacity and high consolidation strength. So it can consolidate the coal seam.

The details of consolidation coal hole packer:

· Structure: consolidation coal hole packer is composed of four parts: high pressure inflation hose, safety value, rapid-acting coupling and framework steel tube. And the high pressure inflation hose is made from high quality NR synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, weather, ozone and high pressure.

· Application scope: it is used to transfer resin, water, cement and other media.

· Sealing aperture: 25 mm - 155 mm.

· Inflatable area: 24 mm - 160 mm.

· Inner diameter: 10 mm - 102 mm.

· Outside diameter: 24 mm - 128 mm.

· Working pressure: 5 MPa - 8 MPa.

· Test pressure: 6 MPa - 30 MPa.

· Burst pressure: 12 MPa - 40 MPa.

· Connection: M20 × 15 (changeable according to customers' requirements).
